1. Course Fee Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund of your course fee if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of the course start date (December 2, 2025).

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Time Limit: Request refund within 7 days of course start (by December 9, 2025)
• Attendance Limit: Attend maximum 2 live sessions
• Written Request: Submit refund request via email or WhatsApp
• Reason: Provide brief reason for dissatisfaction

What Gets Refunded

• ✅Full course fee paid (₹7,999 for standard enrollment)
• ✅Any processing fees charged by payment gateway
• ❌Campus representative cash rewards (if already paid)
• ❌Administrative processing charges (₹99 - deducted from refund)

2. Campus Representative Program Refunds

Cash Rewards Policy

• Non-Refundable: Cash rewards paid for validated referrals cannot be refunded
• Ongoing Validation: If you request a course refund while referrals are still being validated, no cash rewards will be paid
• Partial Achievement: If you achieved Bronze/Silver/Gold tier and received cash rewards, those amounts are not refundable even if you later request course refund

Referral Validation Process

If you request a refund:

• Your campus representative status will be cancelled
• Any pending referral validations will be stopped
• Your referrals will be assigned to another representative or remain unassigned
• No further campus rep benefits or rewards will be provided

How to Request a Refund

Processing Timeline

• Request Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
• Eligibility Verification: 1-2 business days
• Refund Initiation: 2-3 business days
• Money in Your Account: 7-10 business days (depending on bank)

4. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency

In case of medical emergency preventing course completion:

• Extended refund period up to 4 weeks from course start
• Medical certificate required
• Pro-rated refund based on sessions attended
• Case-by-case evaluation with management approval

Technical Issues

If persistent technical issues prevent course access:

• We will first attempt to resolve technical problems
• Alternative access methods will be provided
• If issues cannot be resolved, full refund available
• No attendance limit for technical issue refunds

Course Cancellation

If SkillsForHer cancels the course:

• 100% refund of all fees paid
• Any campus rep rewards already paid will not be clawed back
• Priority enrollment in next available batch
• Compensation for any inconvenience caused
